Hey Guys, I took some pic's of those ga's. #3,4,5,6 are of the fuel ga. #7,8,9 are the temp ga. I hooked up the batt from the lawn mower to the sys. When I grounded out the sender terminal each of the gauges responded. Nothing appears to be missing or anything unusual looking. # 10,11 are the amp ga. It appears the terminals or something is broken off the back side. My thought was to glue it back together and reinstall it and run the wires to a voltmeter since I plan to put an alt in the sys. If this regulator is here I can't find it and no reference to it in the wiring diagram. Jerry

oh right, your car is pre thermal gauges then. That's an armeteur type fuel gauge not a thermal type, and those just run straight off the battery. I'm pretty sure these gauges were designed for use with 6 volt electricals.
