Location: Hayward, Calif | John, thanks for asking, No heat in the shop. I have one of those torpedo style diesel heaters for when it occasionally is nice to get the chill out. I have seen it snow here twice many years ago. It stuck to the grass and was gone in couple hours. But high 30's, low 40's is usually about as cold as it gets. I picked up the driveshaft today. It was cheaper to use the drive shaft out of the camper, shorten it a bit, and put a bigger yoke on the diff. I thought the tube was a bit big in diameter but he didn't see where that would be a problem. Although a 1" inward travel distance I though was a bit light. Jerry |
