Location: Nebraska | Does anyone have pictures of what the trim clips look like that hold down the pieces at the bottom of the windshield and rear window on a sedan?
I also need to figure out a substitute for the roof trim clips. I know someone on here posted what they used once but I can't find the post again.
Thanks,
Todd |

Location: Newark, Texas (Fort Worth) | try these for the roof, from intl christine club:
Maybe there's a solution for this old problem. A friend of mine (who is currently restoring a '58 Plymouth) told me that he found clips that will do the job after a little modification. They are too wide but if you cut them directly above the lower hole they will fit perfect.
They are made by Au-Ve-Co and originally for GM cars. Parts No. is 13924 (GM #10013153).

Yes, the clips are doing their job. As I mentioned in another thread, these are Auveco 13924 clips.

Now if anyone can show me the clips from the window trim that would be great. |

Location: Clifton Springs, NY | I tried to purchase the Auveco clips direct and they only sell through distributors. The suppliers they recommended did not have stock. Where did you guys buy them from?
thanks! |

Location: Newark, Texas (Fort Worth) | They are all freaking gone! I did a search by part number and no one has any left. I picked up nine from a box of 10 months ago. Marc. Search the Christine web sites.
These guys may have the windshield rear window clips,

Location: Connecticut | Hit up all the auto body supply places in the area. Also try NAPA. The same clips may be sold by different manufacturers. So bring a picture when you go. Ron |

Location: Clifton Springs, NY | Found a couple of other clips that also have the ears on them to keep tension on the trim. I'll let you guys know if they work. |
