Subject: Skippy the bush kangaroo.

Location: North Australia		I turned on the TV a couple weeks ago and "Skippy" was on. To say I was surprised is an understatement! 1958 Plymouth convertible on the show.
I also saw a 58 Ply Conv in Adelaide going through a stoplight in the early morning rain heading to a car show. Same colour except the Adelaide car had a conti kit. I wonder if they are the same car?
Both red of course!

Good episode Steve,

The Skippy car is rumoured to have met a rusty end in the bush... Americar has a pic of it 25+ years ago and it was toast then....

Top episode; involved a shonky real estate guy from memory.

 

Ive seen an old b&w pic of a 57 ragtop in Oz 57 or 58.... original reg too  ... looks like a light colour... been here since new
