Location: Tumut NSW Australia | Howdy all ,I have a 61 chrysler new Yorker conv which has a ford diff fitted to it just to get the hand brake on each wheel instead of the tailshaft ,I would like to find an original diff for it but have no idea what I will be looking for ,Can anyone offer advise on what I am looking for and which other models had the same diff ,I think I will probably have to get one out of America ,Thanks Greg J, |

Location: Branson, MO | I have the rear out of my '57 Saratoga taking up space in my shop and would like it gone. Before I haul it off to the scrap yard, I thought I'd offer it up, for FREE, here first. There is nothing wrong with it as it was under my car just last year. I swapped it out when I went to disc brakes.
I'm in Southeastern PA

Location: Perth Australia | Need to backpedal a bit here, Does your car have the original engine/transmission? It may need
to have the ford diff if someones changed something out
Where are you located, In Australia? What State?
I have 3 rear ends here from 60 dodge (not sure if they are the same)

It's pretty easy to change the rear brakes using Phoenix bits from '65 on.
I have no idea why people jump into Ford stuff when these things come up... |
