Has anyone used this firm's service? Website address and snip from the same page below:

Mopar OE Wheels

Stock, standard steel factory wheels are available in gloss or satin black, or raw steel for you to paint to match your car or take to your favorite powdercoating service. Custom backspacing no extra charge. OE wheels accept the later style 9" hubcaps (cop car, 'poverty' caps). If backspacing needs to be less than 4.25" the wheels will need to be 'reversed'.

BIG (4.5") BOLT PATTERN
15 X 7 $135
15 X 8 $145
15 X 10 $165
15 X 12 $185
15 X 14 $200

We also offer a service that will allow you to use your original 14" full wheel covers on a 15" wheel (66-69 Chargers with full wheelcovers, 67-69 Darts/Barracudas--just about anything that had 14" steel wheels and full wheel covers that they only offered in 14's). Add $100 per wheel.

At $100 extra per wheel - ouch. I wonder if they just tack weld the outer portion of a 14" rim to the inside of the 15" rim. If you talk to them, let us know what they say about it. My '61 Lancer came with 13" wheels & caps. There is no way I am sticking with that, so I just used the dog dishes on 15" wheels.

FYI: Brad Powell of www.themopardude.com, sent me a few pictures of what they can provide. I think the result looks pretty nice.
From the pictures, you can see that they reuse an original center. For the 14" portion to retain the wheelcover, they use a lathe as he states (and he starts with a new rim to begin with):

"Basically, the area on a 14 where the wheel cover attaches, is cut off the rim with a lathe, then notched for the valve stem and attached to the same inside area of the 15."
