Trying to remember, I think someone on this site has reproduced this linkage.

At one time someone made the double threaded rod with adjustment "flat" between the C and D carburetors. That had to be 20 years ago. I no longer recall who that was nor do I know if it is still available. The C300 and B linkages are direct. Starting '57 for the C the linkage is progressive.

I had a group of them reproduced for the DeSoto Adventurers a number of years ago, so it might be me you're thinking of. Of all people, I had a local Amish machinist make them. They quickly sold out, and he's no longer in business. In this pictures, the original is the one on the left, along with 6 of the repros. I think I sold them for $65 each.
