Location: Pacific Northwest | Anyone have a source for the clips that hold the chrome trim surrounding the rear window?
1961 Dodge is the application. I do know that the '62 clips I've used in the past are different.
Thanks |

Location: Florida | The ones here are almost identical to the 1963-1964 clips I'm most familiar with - are these like the ones you're looking for?

Location: central Illinois | Gary Goers has the original clips my 60 Desoto needed for the sides and upper trim in his catalog #10, page 34, middle page part #704 for $2 each. His ad says they fit "60 and later B and C bodies. I just ordered a full set for my 60 but first searched the web to try and find some cheaper. I came up empty.
The front and rear use different sizes on my 60. The Front upper trim is held in place with 6 of the "longer" or "taller" clips. The rear Upper and Side trim is held in place by 13 of the "smaller" or "short" clips.
He also lists the Lower windshield and backglass trim clips but they only come in "used". Part #361. Hoping someone repops these in the future as it's hard to find good used ones.
On a side note I received an order from Gary recently and he's cutting back on his summer workload from May thru Oct. |
