This thing looks awesome for what appears to be an all original vehicle. I see power windows, front and rear A/C, and power seats. No info on what the underside looks like. If it was mine, I'd probably clear coat it because that little bit of patina really looks nice on it. Why hasn't the seller tried to crank the engine though? Especially for a car he wants $17,500 for? Couldn't he at least take the effort to stick the key in it, charge the battery (or jump it), and see if the engine isn't locked for that price?

I'd rather he not crank the engine if it's been sitting long...probably do more damage than good.

Lots and lots of patina and VERY selective minimal number of photo. This may well be a good solid basis for a restoration but a great deal of time and money is going to be needed to take it from here to there. Caveat emptor going into this one.

It's pretty close to me...and I gotta say Magnolia is not what I think of as big and old Chrysler country....

So I asked him how long since it last ran: 20 years. Is the engine loose: Yes. Any photos on a lift: No. Title in his name: Yes.

I like it a lot but from the pic, as noted, it's gonna need some fairly extensive work. I do like that it's a hardtop.
