Would you care about left or right, knowing the studs (or bolt holes) are threaded Left Hand or Right Hand?

I think that the PNs are:

1730 826 Right

1730 827 Left

Either way, Mopar Mall says they have one (but you won't like their price):

https://www.moparmall.com/MoPar-1730826-1730827-Rear-Brake-Drum-Hub-...

"Reconditioned RH or LH 11" rear brake drum/hub assembly for the following with 2 1/2" wide shoes: 1957-61 Dodge Coronet - Custom Royal - Dart - Polara - Royal - Sierra; 1957-59 DeSoto FireSweep; 1960-61 Adventurer - FireFlite and 1958-61 Chrysler Newport - Saratoga - Windsor."

Ya. You can laugh but when they (Mopar Mall) become your only source, you just have to suck it up and buy what they have.

I had to do that with my 56 Dodge D500 in the early days of ownership in 2016 when I needed a right front Chrysler 12 x 2.5" drum and I didn't know about John at Big M.

At least you might have options:

Good luck.

For that 500 you could easily change from drums to disks. Fraction of the weight, easier service, no adjustments and no longer messing around with the taper hubs.

LOL!

1. That will never happen.
2. If it does, I'll quit the hobby before I pay their confiscatory prices.

Your money, so if you want to piss it away I can't stop you.

I probably wasn't even a member of this forum then, or if I was, nobody pointed me to less expensive alternatives.
