As far as I can tell it hasn't been messed with and is complete. New K&N air filters and fuel sending unit. Brake work was done by Karps Power Brake Service. Some minor rust on quarter panels and small damage to passenger rear. Lots of extra parts are included. 1962 Newport is not running and only has lien sale paperwork, purchased as a parts car for the 300H.
