Location: Denver, Colorado, USA | I'm expanding my 1956 Plymouth search to include 1956 Dodge post coupes (any trim package). Looking for a complete car in good running condition with no to minimal rust/body damage (don't we all). Please message me if you have one or know of one. I'm willing to ship in the USA if necessary. Thanks! |

Did you see this 56 Plymouth Coupe:

It would be a good one for a stock-looking sleeper if you just did the motor and drive train. Otherwise, it is too nice to modify. (IMO)

Location: Denver, Colorado, USA | @56D500boy, thanks. Yes, I inquired about the Oregon car, and it's rusty. The burgundy car's owner is way out there with $14,000 to where it's not worth discussing price.
I did not see the Fastlanecars '56 Plymouth, but I surmise they will be way overpriced. Looks like an exterior repaint (didn't do the jambs), pitted trim, etc. It's definitely up my alley, but they are likely asking restored prices. The undercarriage is rough, and that coupled with the trim pitting, rust streaks in the engine compartment, and the water damage to the kick panels makes me wonder if any body rust issues were properly addressed before the new paint. I'll call them on Monday to get a price, but I'm sure it will be way over actual value. |
