I can see the tag in the "Cold Start" video but it is too small to be readable.
Cowl tag on right side of cowl = Detroit built

Location: Lubbock, TX | Yeah, selling vehicles in that $7-14k range is tough. You're dealing with first time classic car buyers, scummy dealers, and tire-kickers who just want to daydream. It wouldn't surprise me if the reserve was something reasonable, but sadly Dodge's don't get the love that Plymouths do.
