Expert 5K+ Posts: 9692 Location: So. Cal | The LeFemme may be my favorite Mopar from 1955. Though is this really a LeFemme since it doesn't have that nameplate on it? https://www.ebay.com/itm/354139164365 I have a 1955 dodge royal le femme, original everything in the vehicle. It is a project car, need interior work. Motor turns over not locked. It is a 67 year old car. Has original motor. It is a super red ram motor. I got it to restore but don't have the time to restore it. Clean title. Body is good shape, the floor panels are not rusted through. She is a beauty and with some tlc she would look great! I am in Orlando, FL. Expert 5K+ Posts: 9692 Location: So. Cal | It looks like it may have originally been all-white too, according to the firewall, though I'm not sure how a 2-tone '55 Dodge would have been painted. Edited by Powerflite 2022-07-01 12:49 PM

Agree with you Andrew. A La Femme would have "La Femme" on the front fender and the glove box lid. The firewall on the two and three tone 55 and 56 Dodges should be the same colour as the saddle and the top of the hood and trunk. This one is not. Here are photos of a "real" (I think) 55 La Femme): (04FallFling17.jpg) (05FallFling17.jpg) (06FallFling17.jpg) Attachments ---------------- 04FallFling17.jpg (216KB - 44 downloads) 05FallFling17.jpg (131KB - 45 downloads) 06FallFling17.jpg (135KB - 45 downloads)

Makes me crazy. Its a R-O-Y-A-L (no "E") Its a 55 Royal Lancer with similar pink paint in similar spots to the 55 La Femme. BUT it is NOT a La Femme. (Interior is likely to be wrong too)
