Here are two, the first labelled July 4, 1960 parade in Bristol, VT. Pete looks like 2 young ladies out enjoying top down motoring in their new Dodge,in the Bristol VT one apart from the '57 Plymouth there's another FL car to the left of the gas pumps. The third card is The Hair Pin Turn on the Mohawk Trail,MA which looks much the same today apart from they have moved the restaurant so to overlook the hills. Extreme Veteran Posts: 347 Location: Ocean Park, Washington | I was born a generation too late. My dad graduated in '57. These places with the diners and the massive signs and the simplistic way of life is very interesting to me. I tend to look at the buildings rather then the cars. I can look at the old cars at the shows but its the enviroment that goes through the changes. Most are sad changes.

Hi D500Jim Can you see if it is a 1958 Dodge Custom Royal Regal Lancer (behind DeSoto 58 stw color lavendel) or if I see wrong? Kinda hard to see, so small. But I'd say the roof line and color combination suggests it is a 1958.

On the other hand, for good Chinese outside of the west coast Chinatowns, try the Pekin Noodle Parlor in Butte, Montana. Another hole-in-the-wall dive where the food is awesome. Location: Parts Unknown | Even the Coronet had small teeth, and these may in fact be the larger teeth ??? But the side trim is a dead giveaway it is either a Coronet or a mid-line Royal. Only the Custom Royal got the rear kick-up side trim that this car does not have. BTW - what is the car behind the Pontiac to the far right at Gaedes above ? That roof is crazy long and flat with those opposing doglegs ..... ????
