looks like somewhere in Canada due to the 1957 and 1958 Plodge 2 door hardtops,and for Ray there's a Ford Zephyr Mk1 and behind it some larger Austin/Morris model.

Location: Parts Unknown		I LOVE that Richfield shot. It SO encompasses my memories of when I was a kid.

Note the new freeway about to make this scene go away forever. Or how about the car
with no hood. A lot of hotrod "punks" ran around like that back then. It was "mean".
And how about the Nash / Hudson wagon ? The very exotic Jaguar ? or that fantastic Richfield
eagle sign ? Remember how those lit up in about six different colors of neon ?

THANK GOD we don't have to put up with such vulgarities anymore !

I'd like to see a current photo of this intersection. No doubt, MUCH improved.

very period (early 60s) colors and look at the cars they look brand new and by the 1970s a couple of finned cars together were already a rare sight. and of course a picture from the 70s is "old" too...
