My brother owned a car just like that one. His was metallic green with white roof and fender insets. I loved that car.

At the same time, my dad had a metalflake blue 4 door Belvedere sedan with white roof and fender insets.

My grandma also had a green 4 door, and someone else in the family had a black and white Suburban.

My childhood was filled with cool cars and music.

Do you know if this is the car that is owned by Faager-Pintila? (Name slighty edited due to sensorship, that`s why the two a;s in the beginning of the name...)

I can only wish that there would exist similar fotos of my car to, when it was new. (And who owned it from -61 to -65...)

I found it from cover of Diesel magazine 9/1961. No connection to diesels.

I can see same kind of black LeBaron in cover of Moottori 3/1961, but this one has dual outside mirrors and mud flaps in front too. This one was also in Castrol Castrolite 10W-30 oil ad by Berner and the license plate was UG-4.

I don't know who owned them then.

Behind the lovely lass there appears to be a 55 Dodge convertible. This is going to take a lot of concentration to look away from her but I have a question.
The convertible top appears to have a Dodge logo embroidered into it or a emblem attached just behind the quarter window. Was this standard? I have never seen it before!

Location: Pendleton,OR		I got rid of 50+ years of old car magazines a few years back, close to 200 lbs. but a few will still show up in various boxes and I saw this one on 1957 cars. It's the smaller original hot rod magazine size. I'll try to post several pictures & see what happens. Also a 11/56 motor trend announcing the 57 plymouth is the car of the year.
