good thing that her body is hiding the mis-aligned trunk opening on it, too.

The spare on the front tells me it was a rough ride up the mountain.

A friend of mine had a green 58 Roadmaster for a while. What a sweet car. Not Mopar, but the fin power cannot be denied.

Judging from the ridiculous amounts of chrome trim, I am guessing that is a Roadmonster as well.

That photo was taken in Minnasota-dehr. Lotsa hotdish, but not too many mountains, ya.

58 Buicks came in three sizes, small, large, and ridiculously huge. The former group included the Special (40 series) and
the higher performance Century (50 series), while the big cars included the 60 Series Super, 70 series Roadmaster, and the
and the monster / stupid big 80 series Limited (400 inch wheel base) filled out the top slot. This is the smallest of the three,
a bottom-of-the-line 2s Special (the only model offered as a 2s) in classic plain jane Kelvinator white with the somewhat unusual
blue interior. I wonder if this el Cheapo Buick sported a stick ?

Big body Buicks were rare when new. Until you see one next to a small body Buick, you would think the small body car is
enormous. The big body cars are 4" wider and something like 12 and 24 inches longer !!!!

It appears the bear on the roof was handing out flyers for an upcoming show when the owner appeared and raised the issue
of claws on his beautiful Buick's paint !

I owned th blue DeSoto for a few weeks and sold it to the guy who is standing by it.
I'm in the middle photo by the Polara,
and my cousin Keith is by the 63 New Yorker.

The Polara with decorations - was decorated for my cousin's wedding ( the guy beside the New Yorker in the other photo) .
