Location: DFW, TX		Final construction of the Jefferson National Expansion Memorial - aka the 'St Louis Arch' - 1965.

This same scene is photographed somewhat clearer on the cover of Eero Saarinen - Shaping the Future. He designed the monument, as well as several other iconic buildings such as the TWA terminal at JFK and the GM Technical Center outside of Detroit.

There are several FL cars down there, I promise.

Love this photo! Appears to be a black 1959 Lincoln or Continental parked in front of the Imperial, and a black 1959 Buick Estate Wagon parked behind the Imperial. All of these cars were low production models when new, and, in my view, all are very special and desirable today.

I remember this particular picture because of how well the interior pops, even in black and white, on that 60 Dodge.

I found this picture on the internet. That is the dealership where my car was sold new. The caption on the photo reads..........A man hands keys to a woman (possibly Mrs. Howard Radder) while standing in front of a Plymouth station wagon at Gillespie-Blumer Motors, 802 East Washington Avenue. Madison Wisc.

You would get a better result with those postcards if you set your zoom lens to the mid-range. Then the picture will come out much squarer. Also, if you download Irfanview (a free program) you will be able to adjust the angle easily and crop them exactly to frame. You're getting the light right as you are, that's good.

I copied these postcards off eBay, as I have done with many others. Some reason those came out bad, have any of my others? I do all this from an iPhone, using simple resize app.
