Location: Chestertown, NY ( near Lake George) | I used a universal outer cv boot kit for ft wheel drive cars, got it from a Carquest dealer, there are 2 sizes the small one worked perfect, 22.00. |

Location: Heaven Above (Formerly Oklahoma City,OK) | Dorman Quickboot, part #314-531. Check with Andy Bernbaum for the rebuild kit for the ball and trunnions. He had 'em in stock last fall. See post in Gen, Discussion. Andy' srubber boots did not like being shoved through the outer-housing's small end. The Dorman boots take it a little better. If you do replace the trunnion shafts, read the proceedure in the shop manual. It says that the trunnion shaft must be balanced in the driveshaft within .006 on each end of the trunnion shaft to maintain balance of the d/shaft. I was able to remove and replace my trunnion shafts with a 12 ton jack in the press. It's awkward unless you have a helper holding up the "other end" of the d/shaft.

Location: Blythewood, SC | I used a two piece glue together universal CV boot. It's been on there a few years now with no issues. Go get the generic one from your local parts house.
STAY AWAY FROM BERNBAUM! His rubber stuff is junk and he is a jerk to deal with. |

Location: Massillon, Ohio USA | Mine was theDorman 03680. It showed it was discontinued but our local hub/warehouse store had it. I slid mine in from the backside of the housing without removing the pin, loaded it w/ grease, clamped it down and bingo - done. |
