Gasp!

It has the wrong outside rear view mirror!
Price is extraordinary for an original car. Too expensive for a 4 door parts car for sure
Steve.

Now THAT is a green machine !

I love the 58 NY'er. Only wish they'd kept the 57 front bumper.

Beautiful car !

well for 90 big ones I'd expect a correct interior. Door panels are good, seat material wrong, carpet should be cut pile, not loop. I love the car, color etc. Steering wheel has a leather cover, meaning it's likely cracked badly. The left mirror is a 1961 version.

I've never understood why people go to all the trouble to fix up a car really nice and then slap those $15 perforated plastic gawd awful looking steering wheel covers on them. For $40 you can buy really nice, properly colored leather covers that look nice. But that's just me.

In addition to what has been noted above the dash pad is a home-sewn repro it appears. Hate the vinyl seat inserts, the original cloth pattern was very nice, my Black '58 'vert had the Spruce Green interior. The outside color here is also Spruce Green I believe, which in reality looks a tad blue-er than it shows up here. still and all a lovely car that I'd be proud to own. Let's see where it goes.

Yeah Mike, but 90 large?

for that kind of scratch I could get a small fleet of FL's, all in decent condition.

Wow

It has its flaws but still a righteous ride.

Fairly stripper for a NY, no PW or PS or cruise that I can see.

To buy the green car, you need lots of green. Man, that's LOT of green on that car lol. Cool looking car! Hope someone buys it and drives it!

For 90G's I would expect a car that has been completely taken apart, and djeesz.... how about at least slap some new shocks on it for peets sake.

What would be a more reasonable price for this car you think?
I'm thinking 35-40g would be more in line personally.

Can someone decode the firewall plate? I know my Firedome came with an all-vinyl interior. Maybe this New Yorker did too?

Value? Tough to say. If it decodes as a station wagon, the value goes way down. If it is a righteous spruce green NY convertible, it must be worth at least $75,000 even with three antennas and whatever else is going on. $30,000 to $40,000 barely gets you into a Dodge these days - that would be a steal.

I have an excellent original green dash pad for this New Yorker right here. Do you guys think I should offer it to the seller?... hehe

As others have said, lots of flaws, but GREAT car nonetheless. I'd be very proud to drive this thing!!

Beautiful car. Would love to drive this until my Plymouth is done. Value...how do you figure that out, last one I know to sell was a very nice driver, white with green interior. Didn't they want around $120k for it? Any 58 Mopar Convertible is super rare and rarely are for sell.

The driver's seat is interesting; it has a non-power-seat escutcheon; never seen one of them, before; only,
that escutcheon with the power seat control switch in it.

The escutcheons are not reversible left:right, so this guy 'must' have been a NY'er/IMP dress-up accessory(??),
and not merely a passenger-side piece that was flip-flopped over onto the driver's side (or, was it????)

I haven't looked at the u-boat tubes, above here, but this car AIN'T Aivar's car; no doubt about that fact.

Aivar's car was originally 'Coral' colored, but its green interior is correctly 'done'; not (ever) like this car's interior appears.

It doesn't seem to be the same car in the video...different dual rear antenna's....mounted on the wings, not the body.
