I was thinking imperial, but maybe cadillac

Looking at the wheel covers, they look GM to me

Stupid waste of time and money though (not to mention the car/cars), what could you do with it?

The rear quarter fin and tail lights are definitely 1960 Imperial.

I bet it irons out bumps, and takes up a space 3 lanes wide and 2 1/2 car lengths long

I wonder what it was used for? Who would need all that floor space? Mobile dance floor? Strange.

Bizarre-
lots of time [and money] spent on something that cannot be legally street driven due to its width.

Blocking the exterior from my thoughts, it looks like a physical therapy pool or
resort size jacuzzi on wheels. I cannot get my head around what someone might
have been thinking to dump this much time and effort into such a "creation" !

Apparently he does okay as that's his business. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jay_Ohrberg

I think the wide blue car was just for show. It needed to be disassembled to be transported from show to show. Each half could be driven separately.
