I emailed this guy back and forth a few times and am pretty sure it is a scam. he offered to sell it to me for 25k?? but he would not make arrangements for the car to be seen. said he was in rehab or something and wanted to do the deal by paying ebay or something. I even offered to show up with the 25k in cash and just get the car and then I never heard back from him. there is a guy trying to sell a beautiful blue
71 280se MB conv that has the same deal--and wants to sell it for just 40k.

The background looks a lot more like Colorado than California. Shouldn't there be ocean waves, palm trees, and frolicking movie stars back there?
A scam if ever I saw one. I am sure eBay will take it down soon.

I saw this Sport Fury a while ago (guess about 2 years). It appeared two or three times on e-bay. I can't tell the highest bit, but I know the reserve was not met. Also I do not know if this is a fraud or a serious offer, but I hope not, otherwise what would be the value of my 2-door Coupé -next to nothing??? Here the pictures:
