I am putting a '59 383 "B" back together and am looking for advice. This engine will be close to stock. Which gasket set vendor/brand has worked the best for you?

Are there any significant diferences between the older 383 blocks and the later ones? Some vendors do not list anything older than 1961.

Off hand I'd say Felpro. '59 is the RB 383 & has a smaller bore than the B 383, so probably has a different head gasket

RB? he stated B. it came out in 59 (aug/sept. 58) 383 RB was 59/60 chrysler only.
as far as i know all 59+ bb gaskets interchange, even the 6 bolt (63+) valve cover gasket can be used on pre 63 bb's with 4 bolt valve covers. mopar performance parts are of good quality.
