Wanted to buy - standard 4 bolt 413 rocker covers. I have cast Mopar performance rocker covers that dont clear my cross rams!!

I think the standard 413 covers are the same/similar as any of the 4 bolt covers on that era big blocks. I've got a '62 413 here and a '59 361 and the rocker covers are the same.

i have seen 'em on the US ebay before if that helps.

It's on US 11 at Evans Mills between Watertown and Gouverner NY. On the north side of the road between Peck Street and S Main Street. It's owned, if I recall correctly, by the trucking people there in an adjoining property and it is for sale.
