Location: New Castle PA | I've been contacted by a disabled Veteran, who has always wanted a 1957 DeSoto. He is in the process of selling a farm that he owns, and is willing to spend a little money (maybe up to $20K) for a '57 DeSoto. The model doesn't matter -- even a Firesweep sedan would suit him. It's not to be a show car -- just something he can drive and enjoy. However, since he's disabled, he can't do a lot of work on it, so it would have to be in decent enough condition that it would reliable to drive. If anyone knows of something that fits the bill, please contact me. Thank you. East half of the US preferred but not required. |

That's a steal for that car unless it has a really serious problem, bent frame, or whatever?

Location: New Castle PA | Yes, I forgot about Elliot's car. I'll pass that information along. Of course, the $16K is the starting bid, not the full price. Thanks for the info. |

Location: New Castle PA | You can only lead a horse to water, as they say... I told the guy about it, so my role is done. If he's serious and likes this car, it's up to him now. |
