He called it a 394 to let you know that it has .005" of wear in the cylinder wall.

I like the concept of the rims, but I am not crazy about the execution. I did the same thing with my '56 Savoy, but I used 17" wheels instead of going overboard with 20". If I could get decent tire selection, I would have used 16" instead.

At first glance I thought the car looked pretty neat but then three things turned me off : 1, the wheels, 2, the steering wheel cover, and 3, the lack of what is supposed to be on the trunk lid and there are just holes there now it looks like. I actually like the interior for a custom.

I sold him the car the 24th of June. I don't know if he has had time to make the repairs needed.

Mike, I'm 62 congestive heart failure, bad back and hips. Hard to do the work. Needed money for bills etc. No one came up with 19,000 so it went.
I'm sure it's a reason some older guys give in...

As I said before 'ask him questions about what does and does not work...

looks like the guy is wanting 32k for it, wow that's a flipper for you...  for that kind of money he could at least throw the original emblem on the trunk or a D500 repop one there
