This car has been for sale a while now. It just might be a great project.

If you read through the below links to an interview with V. Exener Jr, you will see that Virgil Senior loved his Black 57 Imperial. I'll bet it was a 2drht. Maybe this is the car?

I was fortunate to meet and talk to V.E. jr and his Wife at last years Chrysler Nationals. What a great experience for me, and what a great Guy.

Thanks for posting those.... I really liked the 2nd article. I wish there was a documentary on him or even the FL cars.. I found a couple on YouTube but nothing that great..
