Fellow Forward Lookers,

I pulled the rear window to repair the rust and found that the pinch weld clips are too far gone to reuse. I also need the clip/studs to hold the side trim as well. Therefor, I turn to you and ask if any of you have a few to spare?

I thank you for your help and/or any suggestions.

Andrew

side trim, fab your own out of stainless. window, glue the trim to the rubber and screw it with small taping screws to the rubber in places were the edge pieces overlap the screws. thats what i did with heat glue, ca 1990, holds to this day perfectly.

The first ones you pictured look familiar, Gary Goers or Restoration specialties should have them.

By Jove I think you're right! I didn't see those the first time through his catalog. The image is horrible.

Looks like I'll be sending Gary yet some more of my money.

Thanks

I thought Gary had stopped?

The first clips, I couldn't find anywhere and I remember there was 2 sizes of them as well.

I used what I had and glued the trim down
