Found this while looking for info on the 58 Regal Lancer Super D500:

"Translating the chassis and option tags on these cars can be challenging, and few people have the know-how to do so correctly. An email from model expert Gregg Leggett is attached, and translates the car’s option codes as follows:

Accessory Group 2: Heater/Defroster, left outside mirror, glare-proof interior mirror, radio
Accessory Group 3: Convenience Group; air foam rear seat, variable speed wipers, windshield washers, handbrake warning light, lights for map, glovebox, vanity mirror and trunk
Accessory Group 5: Deluxe Appearance Group; 2-tone plastic steering wheel, stone shields, electric clock, deluxe wheel covers
Accessory Group 6: Safety Group; Power steering, power brakes, padded dash, padded visors
Accessory Group 7: Bumper Appearance Group; front and rear bumper guards, and license plate insert

According to Leggett the car was built in November of 1957, making it a very early 1958 model-year example."

I don't know if the tag relates to the 1957 list:

Greg is the Man!  I adore 1958 Dodges and, at one time, thought I knew a lot about them.  Greg has probably forgotten more about them than I ever knew!

This one appears to have been attacked by metallic sand paint.  It should have been all eggshell.  Do you have more images of the car?

Very nice set of options!

There are plenty of photos at the Bring a Trailer website that I linked above (and here, now):

Thanks, Mike, and forgotten is the key word!
