| I'm getting a 61 imperial with a 413 and was wondering if a 3 spd Manuel trans from a 61 Fury 383 would bolt up to the 413? I'm aware of drilling the crankshaft? Anything else I should know? |

Location: Alaska | Not sure if the Imperial frame is drilled for the cross shaft bracket. You will need the clutch pedal and linkage which needs to come from a donor car.
i don't know if this car was ever available with a manual trans. |

Location: NorCal | Standard trans wasn't available on the '61 Imperial so installing one will require lotsa fabricating skill. |

| I guess I wasn't clear. I want to use the 413 from the 61 imperial and put in the 61 fury that now has a late 60s 383 with a 61 3spd Manuel trans. My question is will the 383 flywheel bolt to the 413 motor ,could I expect any balancing problems with flywheel? I was reading somewhere where 61s had a 61 only crankshaft bolt pattern? Although a 61 imperial with floor shift would be pretty cool
