I think the PN you want is 1645 637 based on the info below. If that is true, here is one on eBay:

I saw the parts list in your email reply below; I'm finishing a 56 Belvedere, and am missing the R and L side pieces called "extension" and shown on the picture in the manual page as 23-23-2.
Can you tell me the Mopar part number of those pieces, or tell me where to get a copy of that parts list?
