Location: Perth Australia | You know, If I came across that over here (especially for what I imagine you got it for) I would fix it
I recon that is a 5-7 grand project starter here
Problem is, it would cost about that to get it here

It would sell in a heartbeat in Germany. It is a coupe and an Electra model! The skin (outer sheetmetal) seems to be ok and that is the only part (bodywork) that is hard to fix. |

| Trust me when I say it's too far gone. I got for free, out of a heavy Forrest area where it had sat since 1974.
It was buried all the way around in a foot of pine needles at the bottom of a VERY steep hill 4 flat tires with 4 frozen brake drums. One the more difficult cars I've ever loaded. The property owner had done damage to the car while pulling out with a excavator before I got there.. The roof has pinholes everywhere from the needles, the rockers are toast. Hood is bending half from rust. Gutter rails are rotten. Frame is rotten. Trunk was jam packed with junk and falling out rust holes going down the road. It just looks good in the pics.
It does however have some excellent trim parts,glass,401 nailhead, and rare a A/C. The interior has a few good parts as well.
I do know where a 60 Buick coupe is with no windows and interior, that between the two you could have a good start. |
