| After fixing the wiper switch, this time its the head light switch . The previous ownet must have had some issues, it was opened and later closed with a binder. Thats not the problem. The problem is that it seems to be missing a piece copper. It is fixable i think, but i dont know for sure where that piece should make contact. In the picture it shows both contacts, but one seems to be to short.

| Hi Wizard, i have all the components, i just disassembled them. Only part missing is that darn piece of copper. Rheostat is in good condition, as are all the contacts. I can figure out that the missing piece has to contact the dome terminal at the bottom, but where should the "hump" in the copper piece be placed.
Btw, your switch and mine look aot the same, with some minor differnces, but that wont make any teoubles i guess. All worked, only domelights dont work now.

Location: Southern Sweden - Sturkö island | You must drill out the rivet and make a new copper contact bridge, or buy another light switch |

| Making a new copper bridge was the plan, i only need to know now is how that bridge achould look like. As you can see in my 1st post, i have all parts removed, and open. Looking at the bridge which is still there, there is a hump. Should the other side have that hump in te same place so when pressed down it makes contact with the -terminal?

Location: Southern Sweden - Sturkö island | The easy way out would be to solder two wires to the rheostate, mount it and solder the wires to the connection |
