I have the chance of buying a completely rebuild 361 out of a 65 plymouth. I know the 65 crank will not work with my A466 torque flight transmisson. I'm wondering if there is any kind of trick or adaptors out there that I can you so I don't need to use my crank out of my original 58 desoto.

Unfortunately, no. The original torque converter attaches to the crank with nuts on the back, and you physically can't place them behind there on the new engine. Additionally, the holes are too large in the new crank. The best solution is to use the new push button transmission with it as Mopar1 stated. If you were able to create a custom torque converter that would work with the older trans, but mate up to the newer crank, then you might be able to come up with spacers and such to make it work.
