Re: [GFS] 1957-1958 Plymouth Belvedere value

I say paint your car whatever color you want, it's your car.
I redid my 58 Fury in Buckskin Beige because I wanted to and I had 2
gallons of laquer paint I bought in the 1980's.
I have a 58 Belvy that is now white with black trim, but if I redo it,
it will be some shade of blue because I like blue and I have an NOS
steering wheel that is blue.
Red cars do grab attention, I had a "Christine" car back at the time
the movie came out, but I don't think I would paint another one
toreador red.
If you check out most of the "restorations" these days, they have disk
brakes, AC, electronic ignitions, etc. so what's the difference if you
paint it a color you like.
Just my opinion.
