Essentially yes. I would use one from another exposed-wiper car, i.e. a car that the wipers sit on top of the cowl like any pre-fuselage design. The parking on the cars with the hidden wipers (like the ’72 Fury) is slightly different. There are ways to reset the three speed motors to park in the right position, but I don’t remember what all is involved. Mopar Action had a short article on it a long time ago.
Now if you are worried about the appearance, stay with a ’67-68 vehicle. Try a Dart. The motor changed in appearance sometime after ’68. I don’t know for certain when, but it was probably ’69.
