IML: 1967 Sun-visor swap Info

I saw at Carlisle last month a '67 Imperial where the owner had replaced the 
factory sun-visors with a late model visor that had light-up mirrors.  Does 
anyone know if there is a visor that fits the setup for my '67 correctly?  
(no modifications or adjustments needed)
