 Hi Jon!...where are you located? meaning where abouts is your upholsterer?...and if you don't mind telling me also, did he/they give you and estimate as to how long and how much replacing the from seat covers would be? A hide is 55-60 square feet.  My upholstery guy tells me ONE hide is MORE 
than enough to do the 2 front seats of my '66 Crown Coupe.  At $900 per hide 
(SMS price), one hide is plenty for me.
