ok perhaps I wasn't   detailed enough.......... Designers might think 
that ay - but its just easier when you are working on something to go 
get art / photos of eagles  and use that as a resource ome yrs the 
eagle is flipped on the art they are using as a resource..... could be 
just that that designer thaought they looked better that way.... might 
be some one forgot to reverse a drawing or the tool and die man looked 
at teh wrong side of the velum  drawing
