IML: Balancing two piece rotors

This is probably a non-issue, but it does seem that you are supposed to maintain the relationship of the hub to the braking disc in the two piece rotors to maintain balance.

Is this really important and if so how do you go about balancing the assembly? A similar consideration would also be needed for a Supra rotor conversion.
