And now you know the electrical secrets of the fuselage. Good job.

Thanks to all listers for their advice. I am no longer in the dark, and would like to share my results.
There was no power getting to the fusebox, so the only things that were working were on relays and breakers..(headlights, windows, seats, etc)
On the bulkhead disconnect (underhood side) on wires 9 and 13, there are fusable links and connectors.
On mine, wire 13, the connector was corroded and not making contact, so with sandpaper and a good push, everything is working as new. (I checked wire 9 also)
Under the dash, I bypassed the red wire on the white plug,(it was melted) and also put in a new ignition switch.
The bulkhead disconnect is a magnet for dirt and grime, and even with the plastic cover, it still gets messy. So if you fuselagers out there go dark, check wires 9 and 13 under the hood!
