RE: IML: 67-69 Turn Signal Switch; OUCH

Wasn't there a series of e-mails about these turn signal switches on this forum within the last year?

I think that someone posted that switches into the late 80's worked in this application. Is this correct?

That?s a big drawback on an ebay auction or any auction for that matter. It takes two people who want it bad enough to run it up almost double it?s true value.  That?s why the ?Buy It Now? feature is so successful.  If that?s the price you are willing to pay why pay more if you know the value.   Knowing the true market value of something is where it gets fuzzy!  Pretty much in any material thing you can buy there is wholesale value and a retail value.  Most want to buy at wholesale but many are happy with paying retail. In this case I would think I had paid retail for an old car part vs. finding it somewhere else for wholesale.

Anyone happen to notice the 67-69 turn signal switch for tilt wheel on eBay?  Someone paid $414.00 for it. I thought all of the ones going around $250.00 were really high & you can get those easily at that price. Here is the auction number 250015532816.
