Re: IML: Salvage Titles

DMV stamps on it "Salvage" I had a trailer with a Salvage title.  No big deal.  The trailer had been repoed and had some minor floor damage was all.  I don't know all the particulars about what the parameters are to get that on there but it will never come off.  These vehicles typically sell for less though.  As a daily driver, it should be just fine.  I would take lots of pictures though just for the hell of it.  It may be worth it down the road when/if you sell the vehicle to prove what damage there actually was in case the car value appreciates quite a bit.

Subject: IML: Salvage Titles

I am looking at an off topic car that is a salvage title that I think might make a good daily beater with a little work. Does anyone have an experience with salvage titles and the DMV (CA is the state)?
