It's actually easier than many other years.  There is a philips screw at the front tip of the tail light, simply unscrew this and the entire tail light assembly pulls out the back of the chrome torpedoe.  The bulb is then easily changed.  The wiring might hang up slightly, just needs some gentle persuasion.  It's a bit easier than the 'one arm bent down then up and into the fin' deal on mine.

OK, call me a fool, stupid or crazy.  But . . . I have yet to figure out how to replace the bulbs in my '62 Imperial.  Surely you do not have to disassemble the entire tail light assembly ... I hope!
