Since I just did them on my ?62 LeBaron a few weeks ago it?s not that bad to tackle it.

Just remove the big Phillips head screw at the back of the chrome part.  That will loosen up

the red plastic part and it will come straight out with the wire.  Then remove the 3 small Phillips head screws from the back of the red plastic part and that will get you into the bulb socket for replacement.  As with any vintage plastic parts don?t tighten it too tight or it will bust it!

OK, call me a fool, stupid or crazy.  But . . . I have yet to figure out how to replace the bulbs in my '62 Imperial.  Surely you do not have to disassemble the entire tail light assembly ... I hope!
