Front disc brakes were standard from 1967-on for Imperial. I believe the
'67-'69 use the same pads, number D10. Easy way to check is to get the
listed '69 set from NAPA and see if they match what's left on the car.
Your mechanic can do this, and NAPA probably delivers to him.

"Budd brake pads" and you'll find a large number of previous postings. One

brakes with one pad missing and NAPA told him they weren't available until
69 so he couldn't identify the part. I called Chrysler and they said front
disc brakes was an option in 67 and refered me to a dealership in the
midwest that had a set. My question is how difficult are they to change?
I've never considered myself a mechanic, but I can see that I'm going to
have to start learning..
