David, thanks for the heads up on the rod vs cable shifter. Where would a conversion kit be purchased?

Please note the RV trans (almost guaranteed post-'65) will be a rod shifter, not a cable shifter as your car's original was/is.  It's a one-year only anomaly with a column shifter that mates to a cable on the trans.  Conversions are available.
