Re: IML:

For some reason I'm feeling really grateful today as I take time off from work on a Saturday morning to think about my project, all I've learned from this list and the friends I've met along the way. The breadth and depth of knowledge available here is nothing short of amazing! From explanations about the inner workings of our engines to the electrical system and switches, lead additives, and even to on-board record players, it seems to all be here for the asking. I've noticed we even have a few philosophers to take our attention off the cars and onto the drivers. Looking back at what I knew (or rather didn't know) before joining a couple months ago, I don't see how anyone could possibly do a restoration without this source. I know this sounds like mushy sensitive stuff and I don't get this way often, but it means a lot to know I can get my questions answered and one day be able to drive what I consider to be one of finest automobiles ever made. I just wanted to say thanks.
