IML: Fender Tag

Does anyone have a way to decode the fender tag for the 68 LeBaron?  I've
spend hours searching the web and can only find tag information pertaining
to Mopar muscle cars.  I know we have a link on the Imperial web site but it
only decodes the VIN.  Any help is appreciated.
